First 10-Day Refund Policy:
Within the first 10 calendar days, the client may request a full refund of their investment without any penalties or interest deductions.

Fees:
The only applicable fee is the transaction commission charged by the payment networks during the refund process.

Refund Procedure:
The client can initiate a refund request by logging into their personal dashboard and clicking the button labeled “Request My 10-Day Risk-Free Refund.”
Once the request is submitted, a company manager will contact the client within 1 business day to complete the confirmation process.
The refund—after deducting only the payment network’s transaction fee—will be processed and transferred to the client’s designated electronic wallet within a maximum of 7 business days.

Post 10-Day Refund Policy:
After the initial 10-day period, the investment is allocated into selected sectors and enters active circulation. For this reason, withdrawals of the invested capital are no longer possible.
The client is expected to remain invested until the end of the selected package term (6, 12, or 18 months, or a VIP option). During this time, the client will continue to receive the monthly dividends as outlined in the agreement.
The principal capital can only be refunded upon the completion of the investment term.

Completion of Investment Packages and Capital Reimbursement.
Throughout the investment period, Kapitalova provides monthly dividends to the client. At the end of the term, final calculations are conducted, and the total invested capital along with the final month’s dividend is fully returned to the client.
To reduce risks, Kapitalova insures 70% of the client’s invested capital. In the unlikely event that an investment results in a loss, this insured portion will be refunded to the client. However, the dividend for the final month will not be paid in such cases.
Please note that Kapitalova invests only in verified, reliable sectors and works with experienced professionals. As a result, the vast majority of investment packages conclude with full profitability.

Important:
Despite all precautions, minimal risk remains under open market conditions. Clients should take such risks into account before making any investment decisions.
After a package is completed, the reimbursement of the principal and the final dividend may take 7 to 10 business days.

Documentation & Transparency.
All details related to the client’s investment, monthly dividends, and capital reimbursements are shared via their personal dashboard and registered email address in electronic format.

Agreement & Terms:
All terms are presented to the client in advance. Once mutually agreed upon, a signed copy of the contract is provided to the client.

Payment Procedure:
All transactions are carried out in cryptocurrency and sent exclusively to the client’s registered crypto wallet.
